There are several reasons to replace the sandal you have just got, the most common reason is wrong size.

We don't ask any difficult questions, you may return the sandals back to us and we will send you a new pair.

How to send it to us?

  1. Place the sandals in the original box you've got from us.
  2. Wrap it safely with packing paper or an additional box.
  3. Please add a note with your order number and the replacement model you wish to have.
  4. Mail it to us using registered mail with a tracking number.
  5. Email us the tracking number so we can start the process of ordering a new pair for you.

In order to shorten the waiting time it's recommended to place a new order with the correct size, we will ship it to you within 1-2 working days. Once we get the package you have sent us we will refund the amount paid to your account.


  1. When you wish to cancel your order, you need to email us immediately. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
  2. If you return a product and don't order a new product, there will be a cancellation fee of 8% or ₱500.
  3. Shipping of returned product will be paid by the customer.


  1. We will take back or replace products received with original package within 30 days of purchase (from the date products were received, and you will pay the shipping fee), if you find the products with quality problems, it can be returned and replaced. When we receive the products and make sure they are in good condition for re-sale ,we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you again. We will pay the shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you.
  2. For any other reason other than mentioned above, you may send the product back to us when you pay the shipping and we charge 8%; or ₱500 cancellation fee.


  1. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct & deliverable.
  2. Once your order is shipped, you will get an email from us confirming your order has been shipped. In this email, you will find the tracking information for your packages in which you could use and trace your order.
  3. Usually it takes between a week to 10 days for your item to arrive in your local post office. Our shipping partners will bring the package to you no longer than 21 business days.
  4. Shipping is FREE of charge.
